Returns
We accept return requests for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Some items may not be eligible for return, including products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging. If a product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and assist you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and bank.
If your return is approved but the item is not in its original condition, only partial refund approval may be possible. Shipping costs, unless otherwise stated, are generally non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us with your order details and a clear description of the issue.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or payment method again. Then contact your payment provider, as there may be a processing delay. If you still need help after that, reach out to us and we’ll look into it.
